CEO – Martin TurveyMartin is co-founder, CEO and President of Loqate Inc. Prior to founding Loqate, Martin worked as VP Global Marketing at Harte-Hanks Database Marketing, and before that as co-founder, President and CEO of Global Address Inc. which was acquired by Harte-Hanks in 2006. Martin has an academic background in economics and sits on the board of a number of organizations. He also sits on the steering committee of the Global Address Data Association. |

CTO – Paul FlewPaul is co-founder and CTO of Loqate Inc. Prior to founding Loqate, Paul was VP Technology at Global Address Inc, and then Harte-Hanks Global Address. Paul has a strong entrepreneurial background with several successful startups in the NLP (Natural Language Processing) space. Paul’s main interests lie in search and retrieval technology, intelligent agent technology and text and language analysis. His academic background includes degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Intelligent Knowledge Based Systems. |

Vice President, Marketing – Geoff RoachPrior to joining Loqate, Geoff led marketing and sales units at Cullinet, Digital Equipment, Informix, Pure Software, Callidus Software and other tech companies. Geoff has advanced degrees in computer science with a database focus and business. He has been a leader in several Silicon Valley startups and an angel investor since 2004. |

Vice President, Strategic Alliances – Liat PerlmanPrior to joining Loqate in 2010, Liat Perlman operated Vine Hill Ventures, a consulting firm providing business development and sales consulting to B2B software and consumer electronics clients such as OliveLink and Logitech. Previous to that Liat held key positions in emerging technology and OEM sales at NetManage and Micro Focus before running North American OEM and Business Development at Macromedia (Adobe), and launching the OEM and hosted business at Allaire (Adobe). Liat has a BSc in International Business. |

Richard LawRichard was appointed as Chief Executive of GB Group Plc in 2002. Richard has worked in a hi-tech public company environment at Board level for 15 years and since becoming CEO has been successful implementing GB’s strategy to become a leader in the rapidly growing market of Identity Management. GB provides Identity Management solutions to many of the UK’s largest companies in the Financial Services, Mobile Telecommunications and Gaming sectors. In addition to his role as CEO of GB Group Plc, Richard sits on the Boards of a number of private companies, principally in the technology sector. |

Karen RileyKaren Riley is a seasoned executive in enterprise software and services companies, where she has led businesses in turnaround, high growth, acquisition and rightsizing situations. She has been an active angel investor since 2004, an investing member of The Angels’ Forum since 2007 and the Band of Angels since 2011. Karen currently serves on the boards/advisory boards for Panterra Networks, GeoG2 Solutions, Taulia and RippleSend. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Portal Software (acquired by Oracle); and on the advisory boards for DeepDyve Inc, Transera Communications and Princeton Softech (acquired by IBM). Karen was SVP of Global Services at Siebel Systems from 1999 until 2004. Prior to Siebel, Karen had a 20 year career at IBM. |

Terry HilesTerry Hiles has over twenty years of experience in the field of addressing and database management. He is the Commercial Director at GB Group. Terry served as Managing Director of Capscan Limited, a leading player in international addressing software solutions and services. Prior to joining Capscan he was the Commercial Director at QAS Limited (now Experian QAS). Terry currently serves as an appointed industry representative on the Advisory Board to Royal Mail in the United Kingdom. Terry graduated with a degree in Law and was a Senior Lecturer in Commercial and Consumer Law for a number of years at the University of Northampton before leaving to take up a career in sales. |

Piers CooperPiers Cooper is a seasoned software executive and investor. He is currently CEO of Datavote, a provider of Enterprise-scale data validation and enrichment services. Previously he was MD at Nanoholdings, an early stage investment firm focused on innovation in energy efficiency and a Partner at Kalmund Capital a private family PE fund. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Oracle Corp where as Vice President of Corporate Development he was responsible for creating and running the early stage investment program of Oracle’s $500m venture fund. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Cooper managed the Information Management practice at Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants in the UK. |

Ulrich has over 10 years of experience in the field of data quality solutions and services. Uniserv is a European market leader and Ulrich has successfully taken Uniserv’s solution portfolio to the international marketplace. Prior to joining Uniserv in 1999, Ulrich was Sales Director at IDS Scheer AG. He started his sales career at Nixdorf Computer AG. Ulrich has a MBA degree. |
