As part of the solution and brand consolidation effort, we are merging “Mastersoft” and its “Harmony” series of offerings under “Loqate”, as one single brand for our location offering. With this consolidation, we expect to leverage the strength of both brands and solutions to offer our customers better product and services moving forward.
The Harmony RightAddress website has been rebranded and redirected to a new Loqate website for Australia and New Zealand (www.loqate.com/anz). We are also extending the address validation to support global addresses.

As there is no change to the product, the same information previously on Harmony RightAddress website can be found on the new Loqate website for Australia and New Zealand. Yes, you can still login to your Harmony RightAddress account and view the usage status on the portal via Loqate website for Australia and New Zealand. Renewal for your subscription is automatic by default. Please contact us for any change required.
Other than the Loqate brand, the same Mastersoft and Harmony RightAddress product offering, with its capabilities, services and support are not affected and continues to be available to our customers in Australia and New Zealand.
The brand change doesn’t affect the corporate entity and product offering of Mastersoft and Harmony RightAddress. It will not impact the product, agreement and contracts you currently have with Mastersoft or Harmony RightAddress.
