Following a recent review, Royal Mail has announced they will be applying a price increase to their PAF Licence and Supply. This change is made in line with the conditions of their agreements.
PAF® (the Postcode Address File) is the definitive UK address database, maintained by Royal Mail. As an approved supplier, we are governed by their licensing terms and any changes they make. You can learn more here.
This is a market-wide price increase which is being enforced by Royal Mail.
We have also continued to invest heavily in the development of our platform and expanding the range of datasets available to our customers. These enhancements enable our customers to capture and validate more global addresses from a single search.
When will the new prices come into effect?
The new licence prices become effective on the 13th June 2018.
Can I delay the price increase?
From the 13th June 2018 any credit plan customers who don’t already have Auto top-up switched on will have the opportunity to delay their price increase. Simply switch on Auto top-up in your account section before the 13th June, and we won’t apply the price increase to your existing credit pack. When you renew or purchase another credit pack after 13th June, the price increases will be applied.
All credit plan customers who already have Auto top-up switched on, your new pricing will be applied when you renew or purchase new credit after the 13th June 2018.
What happens if I buy credit before the 13th June 2018?
Your price per lookup will change when you next renew or purchase new credit, on or after the 13th June 2018 (unless you take up the Auto top-up offer as set out above). You will find that you use your credit slightly quicker than expected after the 13th June 2018 - so please bear this in mind when you next top up.
