Preparing for a digital-first Christmas: Survey Findings

Not Driving Home for Christmas 

From those surveyed, 63% expect COVID-19 to impact their Christmas Celebrations. With 61% not intending to travel.

Christmas Caution

88% of people will spend less or the same amount as last year, with just 12% stating they would spend more.

Merry Mobile Christmas

Mobile has overtaken computer as the preferred shopping device. This was evident in those aged between 18-29 and 30-44

Delayed Delivery Damage

Over 70% said they are less likely to purchase from a retailer again should their delivery arrive late.
