• Do I get a discount for using multiple Loqate Predict services?

    Yes, the more you top up, the cheaper each individual lookup price. If you purchase our checkout validation bundle (for phone, email and addresses) you will save 10% on the price of these lookups. For up to date pricing, please visit the pricing page of our website. If you wish to talk about discounts for larger volumes, please speak to us about our enterprise licenses.

  • Do I need to supply a purchase order?

    We don’t need a PO in order to invoice you. In most circumstances we are happy to arrange credit terms. However, please let us know if we need a PO from you in order to get paid, this will ensure that your Loqate service doesn’t get interrupted.

  • Do you only take payments in pounds (£) sterling?

    No, we can issue invoices in USD ($), British pounds (£) or Euros and you can pay us in these currencies too. Your invoice will show the appropriate bank account details for the currency you’re buying in.

  • How can I get a copy invoice?

    Please log into your account, click on your account number and choose “Invoices and Payments” – here you can view a list of invoices and download as PDF.

  • How can I make a payment?

    The easiest option is to pay online by card - log into your account, click on your account number and choose "Invoices and Payments" to see any outstanding invoices. The benefit of paying with a card allows you to switch on 'Auto-Topup', the easiest way to guarantee you never run out of credit. This is useful at peak trading times when you don't have time to check your account status. If you prefer to pay over the phone, please call us during office hours. Please note; we do not accept invoice as a method of payment for purchases of £500 or less. All purchases under £500 will need to be made via credit or debit card.

  • How do I top up?

    You can top up your account with credit by logging into your account and clicking ‘Top up’.

  • How secure is your online checkout?

    Loqate is a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) accredited retailer, we are also an ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe) accredited member of the IMRG so you be assured that any transactions you make with us are secure.

  • I don’t have a payment card, can I still make a purchase?

    Yes. We can also accept payment by cheque or BACS. If you need to top up urgently, please contact us, we may be able to arrange credit terms.

  • I’m not in the UK but you’ve charged me VAT.

    Please contact us to confirm your non-VAT-able status and we can re-issue your invoice without VAT. So you don’t get charged VAT in future, please log into your account, click on your account number and choose "Details", on the "Company" tab, enter your VAT number.
