MyDonate is the commission-free online giving platform from BT. This service provides a secure, easy-to-use way for millions of people to raise money for their favourite charity.
The fundraising service uses Loqate’s type ahead, address validation tool for both their online and over the phone donation services for events such as Red Nose Day, Sport Relief, Stand Up To Cancer and Soccer Aid. During last year's Children in Need appeal, MyDonate completed ten times more look ups compared to Loqate's biggest customer.

Loqate's technology is equally intuitive and easy to use on our online donation pages (both desktop and mobile) making the online donation process seamless.
