In order to use Loqate's address validation service, which was specifically tailored to the needs of werkzeugstore24.de, e3N developed a Magento module that integrates seamlessly into the online shop and communicates with the Loqate service in real-time via REST API. Within the customer account section and at checkout, addresses can be entered much faster thanks to Auto-Complete, meaning potential mistakes are reduced to a minimum. In the event of an incorrect entry an easy to understand error message is displayed to the end-user, this avoids abandoned purchases.
