  • When do I need to migrate by?

    October 2019 will be when we sunset Accelerator however, you can migrate over to our new address verification service as soon as you like. All commercials will be honoured. 

  • I need my address verification on premise, not through the cloud, what are my options?

    There are other options available to you if you require your address data on premise. Please contact your account manager and they will be happy to take you through the options. We have a whole suite of products that can meet your business needs. 

  • What will I need to do?

    Your account manager will ensure you have everything you need including any technical support. In the meantime, feel free to trial the new API

  • What support will I get?

    We have an award-winning support team on hand to answer your calls and emails. We also have a professional services team on hand to help, please speak to your account manager and they can talk you through your options. 

  • What benefits do I get as a partner?
