  • When do I need to migrate by?

    September 2019 will be when we sunset Zapcode however, you can migrate over to our new address verification service as soon as you like. All commercials will be honoured. 

  • I need my address verification on premise, not through the cloud, what are my options?

    There are other options available to you if you require your address data on premise. Please contact your account manager and they will be happy to take you through the options. We have a whole suite of products that can meet your business needs. 

  • What will I need to do?

    If you chose to move across to the cloud-based address verification service then it is easy set up an account and integrate, please click here to watch the short video by our support team lead. 

    Your account manager will ensure you have everything you need including any technical support. 

  • What support will I get?
