Monthly Country Data refreshes

Beginning in November 2023, Loqate has changed its data update process to a monthly cycle. This advancement guarantees that the most recent data, sourced from our suppliers, is integrated into our products within a 30-day timeframe. This commitment to rapid and regular updates provides our customers with access to the freshest and most accurate address data available. This continual enhancement of our data quality not only elevates our service but also significantly enriches the customer experience.

Additional premise level data

As part of our strategy to provide the best premise level data in the world: We have increased the volume of premise level coverage by 17.9m premises in the last quarter, helping our customers reach more of their customers. The largest increase in our coverage was 7m additional premises in Mexico.

Improved geocode volumes in Australia and New Zealand

Having the most accurate geocode data is a key objective: In the last 3 months we have onboard the government geocode sources for Australia and New Zealand to supplement our existing good coverage. This additional data now ensures we have the best premise level geocodes across ANZ region.

Saudi Arabia short address codes now supported

Since earlier in 2023 Saudi Arabia introduced a unique short address code for each premise: Loqate now supports this short address code within the address output for addresses. This will increase in importance for deliveries into Saudi Arabia as the short address becomes widely adopted by their consumers.
