How do subscriptions work?
How does the free trial work?
During the trial period, which lasts 14 days, you'll have access to our service with 50 free address lookups per day. This gives you a chance to test out the service and see if it meets your needs before committing to a subscription.
What happens if I exceed my monthly or annual lookups
To make sure you never run out of credit we notify you when you hit 95% of your quota (monthly or annual) you are automatically renewed onto a new plan of the same size. This then becomes your new subscription renewal date.
For example: Your monthly subscription started on the 1st, but you run out on the 25th the 25th now becomes your new subscription renewal date.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please contact our Support Team to cancel your subscription.
What if I don't have consistent monthly usage?
You subscription will automatically renew every month so It's important to choose the right subscription tier based on your anticipated usage.
Our annual subscription plan offers increased flexibility in managing inconsistent usage, such as seasonal peaks, since there is no monthly quota to meet
Can I change subscription plans?
Yes. Simply log into your account and select your new plan. Your next subscription payment will be altered to match the subscription chosen.
Can I use my subscription for other Loqate services?
No, only capture is available through the subscription model currently. If you would like to use a combination of our products, please contact the Support Team who will be able to advise you.
Do I need to purchase an international subscription if I only have customers in North America?
No, you do not need to purchase an international subscription if you only serve customers in North America. Our subscriptions are designed to offer coverage flexibility, so you only need to purchase a subscription that suits your coverage needs.
If you do have international customers, you can stack your subscription to include international address lookups.
