There are a couple of reasons why coordinates aren't supplied for some addresses. If the address is a PO Box, it does not have coordinates because a PO Box has no physical location. Secondly, the address may be new and therefore may not be included in the dataset. If the address you're using is neither a PO Box nor new, please contact us so we can investigate.

The default geocoding service will give you a central point of a postcode, accurate to 100m.
